It’s unclear yellow-golden with a creamy, dense head. The aroma has notes of flower, fruit, bread, fresh grain and a touch of herbs. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of fruit, flower, bread, fresh grain and the finish is slightly dry. Lovely!!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle, bought at the brewery. Same BB date as both hell & dark Kocherreiter Pils.... Golden blond color, hazy. White, rocky head with some lacing. Aroma’s: grassy, fruity, grain. Flavor is lightly malty sweet, grainy, with a starting bitterness. Finishes somewhat dry, lightly bitter. Again a very clean tasting beer. Enjoy brewery fresh.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle: Hazy, pale yellowish coloured, smaller loose white head; fruity-yeasty nose with a grainy-hoppy background, accompanied by a light acidity, pretty light bodied; short, relatively dry bitter-sweetish finish with a light yeasty fruitiness in the aftertaste. Not that bad, but thin........

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
(swing top bottle) Cloudy, yellow colour with a rocky foamy white head. Yeasty, sour doughy pale malty aroma with a touch of sweat/horse blanket and grassy hops. Light-bitter flavour with a touch of acidity (not due to infection), light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty doughy malty taste with traces of barnyard, accompanied by a delicate touch of grassy and herbal hops. Dry, moderately hop- and yeasty bitter finish. Still a likeable rural brew. 07.V.10
