Kaatuu lasiin täysin ruskeana ja kirkkaana, vaahtoa ei ole. Haju on ruisleipäisen maltainen, makea, viinimarjainen, lehtinen ja multainen. Ehkä hieman suklaatakin on taustalla. Maku on ruisleipäinen, viinimarjainen, maltainen, hieman makea, siirappinen ja hieman suklainen sekä mämminen. Suutuntuma on alkuun mieto, mutta sitten täyttää suun ihan mukavasti. Kokonaisuutena tämä on odotuksia parempi, mukava juotava, mutta hieman mieto. Makuja on runsaasti, mutta mikään ei ruisleivän lisäksi nouse mitenkään esiin.

Medium strong aroma is malty sweet and spicy. Clear brown with hint of red, no head. Taste has crisp hoppiness and earthy malting and alcohol. Full bodied, soft feel, bit sour, light carbonation. Ok..my first sahti so hard to compare..

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Clear bronze colour, brief head. Aroma of cardamom and ripe fruits. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Plenty of cardamom, some banana. Low bitterness.

Copper colour, no head. Very little smell. Slightly bitter. Also medium sweet.

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Amber color. Butterscotch and confit fruit in the aroma. Sweet flavor with caramel cake, butter and grassy notes. Very low on carbon. Lots of residual sugars. Buttery aftertaste. Interesting!

[Thanks to oh6gdx]. 33cl bottle. Dark amber colour without head, or minimal head that quickly diminishes. Aroma is slightly caramelish and malty. Flavour is mild sweet, notes of caramel are present. The final is slightly bittery with minimal duration. Carbonation is flat to soft. Body is medium.

[ Trade by oh6gdx ]. Clear medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, spicy, sweet malt, marzipan malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt more than banana ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120331]

Bottle. Thanks to Bart for bringing this from Finland. Smoke, fruit, and caramel nose.. Very thin brown color. Mild sweet flavor (maybe unattenuated). Thin body with just a bit of fizz. Sweet candy-like finish, and then a little touch of bitterness. Not unpleasant
