Pours hazy golden color with a medium sized head. Aroma of fruits, toffee, some yeast and spice notes. Flavor of hay, toffee, ripe fruits, yeast and spices.

UPDATED: MAR 14, 2013 Great gingerbread and even rye bread nose. Impressive! Hoppyness too ! Taste is a bit too much sugary and honeyish to me. I realy love this rye bread taste. Just imagine having rye bread with honey and this is what you get with this beer !

33cl bottle @ home. Hazy yellow color, huge rough a bit soapy head. Slow gusher out of the bottle by the way. Smell malts, lightly cardboard, slightly sweet and a light fruitpeel-bitterness and yeasty. Taste malts, a slightly herbal and a bit dusty bitterness, lightly sour green apple and yeast. Fizzy carbonation, low to medium body.

Dorée, col blanc disparaissant assez vite.
Arôme est léger, fruité citronné, note de douceur sucrée/levure avec un bouquet légèrement fleuri.
Palais, profile levure, grains, certaine note mer houblonnée. Le tout reste sec avec un côté épicé en retrait et gardant ce profile très belge. Belle effervescence en fin de bouche sur un côté léger sucré. Le tout reste une triple convenable, sans plus.

Aroma maltato e fruttato. Imbocco dolce riesce , poi, a equilibrarsi sul finale. Un leggero sentore di zucchero di canna. A volte un pò troppo scialba. Alcohol nascosto bene.

Purchased in Antwerp during shopping visit. Nice color and good foam head, lacing to glass. Some fruit traces, but overall a nice bitter tripel, nothing special, just nice. (Velp 201112)
