From the tap at North Third poured amber with a little head. Nice flavor, a little watery with a quick finish.

Jul 17, 2008 Bottle. Clear copper pour under a thin and quickly dissipating off white head. Faint caramel aroma. Mildly toasted malt and vanilla flavors. Lacks balance as there are no appreciable hops. Texture is on the oily side and the finish doesn’t have that crisp finish you look for in a pale.

does not count  Jul 9, 2008 Not much to speak of for aroma, but had a decent light amber hue. Taste was light for a pale ale, which could be good if you aren’t into the typical pale ale. Altogether just an okay beer.

May 12, 2008 Tap at Lancaster Brewing. Aroma is quite light. Pale maltiness with a bit of earthiness as well. A bit watery with a bit of citrus/lemon hoppiness on the back of the palate. Crisp with a light herbal/floral hoppiness on the back. Kind of bland.
