Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma is green and red apple and light acidic. Flavour is sweet, red and green apple and light acidic.

Bottle at Ungstrup. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of apples and apple core with notes of apple juice. Fruity flavour of apples, apple peel and apple juice. Fruity finish of apples.

Bottle @ YNWA. Small head with short duration. Color is clear golden. Aroma and taste are apples, fruit, sugar and notes of sulphur. Medium bodied and soft carbonation.

Bottled. A golden cider with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, raspberries, and a bit of vinegar, leading to a tart finish.

clear yellow, small smooth white head. quite mild aroma, so mild its hard to find even the apple. flavor is apple, mild, straight mild natural apple juice.

Pours a golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of quite tart green apples and wood. Flavour of tart, mouth-drying green apples, wood, light vanilla and English toffee. Medium bodied, very dry mouthfeel with a big finish of green apples. Nice one.

Bottle @ Kolding Ølmesse, 2012. Pours clear golden with a spritzy head. Sweet red apples and mild barnyard. Mild acidicity. To the sweet side but very drinkable.
