Hazy yellow pour with an aroma of grain, banana, and spice. Citrus flavor with banana, spice and grain finish. Lots of flavor with this one. Well done.

Draft. Strong clove aroma, light gold color, sweet taste, a little syrupy . Decent hefe but not one to run back to.

Another fantastic Pennsylvania Hefe. Pours golden from tap with a thin white head and some nice banana notes on the nose. Nice spiciness on the tongue. The beer feels like it’s coating your mouth as you drink it. Has a nice astringent quality on the finish. Very nice!

Growler fill at the brewery. Spicy Wheat aroma. Golden body with thin dissipating head. Spicy flavor with hints of banana and sweet malts.... crisp... a nice change from overly sweet Hefs. Easy to drink

on tap at the brewpub, pours hazy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is strong banana and clove. Flavor is wheat, metallic notes, and clove.

Served on draft at the Lancaster location. Pours a very slightly hazy orange color with a medium head. Fair head retention and lacing. Very sweet and malty aroma with peach and pear notes. The taste is bready with caramel and stone fruits. Medium bodied. Decent.

Nice refreshing beer on warm day. Good light citrus flavor to the beer. Prefer if it was unfiltered, but otherwise a good hefeweizen

Tap at brewpub: Somewhat metallic obscuring wheat character. A tad thin, looks nice, smells nice and estery.

Tap at the brewpub. Very cloudy ugly yellow-brown pour with a fast fading fluffy white head. Aroma is beautiful though. Loaded with fresh banana esters and a faint backdrop of clove and allspice. Nice fresh wheaty spiciness over the top as well. Full-bodied and thick with loads of light banana flavour/clove and bready wheaty character. No flaws, and the rich wheaty malt base really makes this stand out. Well-done.
