3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Reddish amber with a lasting thick head. The aroma and flavor are strongly of citrusy, fruity hops with malt in the background. The mouthfeel is full, without being too sweet. I must announce here that I have a bit of a problem with the American IPA. Too often they taste quite the same. There is nothing wrong with this beer, and I will rate it highly as it is delicious. But... it does not stand out from the crowd of hoppy, citrusy IPAís. Lots of aroma and flavor hops, not enough bittering hops in my opinion. Again, I like this, and it will take itís place among the increasingly crowded company of heavily aroma hopped American IPAís.
Delicious and recommended.

Lancaster may not be a West Coast Hop Headís dream at 60 IBUs, but remember that itís "Dutch" country, which translates into Deutsch (Deutschland/Germany). It has more of a malt backbone, but it packs an ABV of 7%, which is stronger than Victory Hop Devil or Dogfish 60 MIN IPA. It is a solid beer with a good appearance, nose, taste, and mouth feel; however itís not going to give you that hop punch. I would give it a try, especially if youíre transiting into a IPA from a lager or pilsner dominated offering. Cheers!

Smooth, hoppy. Some pine and resin, a bit of malt underneath. Some hints of citrus zest, but not much. Rolling finish with hoppy bitterness.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance: pours with a smaller beige head that dissipates quickly, the beer is a hazy light amber color
Aroma: caramel, egg, graham cracker, faint grass
Taste: caramel malt sweetness, some smoke, moderate bitterness, hint of alcohol warmth
Palate: medium mouthfeel, average carbonation, bitter aftertaste
Overall: I like this beer, not very bitter but has a nice malt and hop balance,

Bottled@Oliver Twist, Stockholm (backlog). Pale copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, glue, alcohol, grains and some other rubbery notes. Flavour is citrus, fruits, toffee, glue, alcohol and some mild metal and rubber to it. Not sure how the metal and rubber has come here, but makes the beer feel very unclean.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On draft at Bainbridge Barrel House in Philly. Color is a ruby to amber color with a large head and lots of lacing. Aroma of light pine, some citrus and malt. Taste is mostly malt with the slight touch of hops in the finish. Feels more like a pale ale than an IPA. 5.50.

Bottle pour dark gold with copper hue, lots of fine floaters, and thin white head. Nose dank, some citrus, and sweet malt. Taste bitter up front, then light lemon hop, and moderate grainy malt. Moderate bitter through the finish. Somewhat interesting mix of lemon and grain.

12 oz bottle poured at my brotherís house in Methuen, MA. Pours a hazy amberish/orange with minimal beige head. Smells of hops and some citrus, perhaps grapefruit. Tastes like hops and slightly of lemon. Finishes with a nice bitter taste. Drinkable.
