Our  NEW German style Kolsch pays homage to the traditional beer of Cologne. It pours a pale straw color and delievers floral hop notes and smooth malt character from extended cold aging, crisp, flavorful and refreshing, our German Style Kolsch is the perfect summer craft beer.

Clear golden pour with a big off-white head. A little yeast and bread aroma. Dry and crisp and light but still a nice crisp flavor. A very good choice for summer.

Can. Pours a clear light gold body under a small fizzy white head that faded to a thin ring. The nose is just lightly fruity with bready malt and a minimal floral hoppiness. The flavor is pretty light, mostly bready malt, pretty light hops, short finish, a little corn perhaps? Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Meh, it’s not the best Kolsch, but it’s drinkable.

Perfect summertime beer. Very refreshing by the pool. New cans are great! Crisp and clean

Poured from the 12oz can into a 0,2L Stange. Nose is sweet and malty, floral hops and light graininess. Pours rich clear golden with above-average carbonation and a rocky, oily white head. Taste lightly grainy pale malt, floral hops, touch of wheat? Very smooth and swishable, light citrus and a touch of caramel, very fresh and spritzy. Medium body, very lightly bitter, semi-sweet. To be a little prickish, I’ll say this is much more American-leaning than German (and that doesn’t mean overladen with hops, because this isn’t, just not really all that kölschy), but it’s still a delight!

Can from wegmans. Pours clear orange with a medium sized white head that hangs around a bit. The aroma smells cheap corn lager like. The taste has a light bitterness, dry finish. Plan but ok.

Not sure what’s going on here again. Typical random kolsch. Pours a little orange with some head and lacing. Some barley profile. Not really spot on style. On tap at DC Beer Festival.

Lancaster Kolsch was a unique flavor I love the Christmas and the clarity of the beer itself coming in the can was a unique experience after I had it I had to go buy a six pack to go very clean and refreshing easy to drink and enjoy

Poured from 12oz can. Nice and dry opening with a slightly bitter finish. Hints of pine and juniper tickle the palate with a malty backbone coming through. Very reminiscent of the region. --you've been Dubbed.

a bit of fruit and distinct rye bread with some rye in the aroma. charming yet perhaps not a kolsch since i do not remember ever getting that rye character. a must try. not overwhelming by any measure but fine none the less.

Kolsch in a Kan. What would my German grandmother say? Deep golden color, small white head that settles quickly. Aroma of light citrus and bread dough. Taste is hay, lemon, clean finish.
