Tap at the brewpub. Aroma is very light, pale malt, some very faint rye spiciness, but it’s pretty subtle. Similar combination of floral/spicy hops as appears in all of their pale beer. Bland and watery and fairly uninteresting.

Decent white head of fine bubbles. Dry dusty aroma with some light bready malts, apricots and a bit of vanilla. Color is a bright copper. More bready malts, dry bitterness and some astringency. Finishes bitter and dry. An decent summertime brew.

Dark amber color that poured a off white head. Slight bitter taste to go along with the aroma.

Amber color with a medium white head. Not much going on but a decent summer ale.

Bottle. Pours golden orange, off white head. Aroma is malt and caramel. Flavor is the same and very sweet. Has a sugary finish and tastes a bit like ketchup. This beer is just too sweet and not well balanced.

Bottle courtesy of beerman6686. Pours copper with a white creamy head. Smells of rye, spice, yeasty, some citrus, fruity. Tastes of rye, some sweet caramel, earthy, some bitterness. Nice spicy finish. I’m not sure why this has such low marks as it is a good beer.
