Ungstrup (10863), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 11, 2007 A hazy orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with very strong notes of strawberries - I’m not that fond of strawberries in anything than lambic. The flavor is sweet, but quite light, the strongest note being of strawberries with light notes of malt and even lighter notes of wheat. There’s no flaws, but it is just not me. omhper (10145), Stockholm, Sweden May 28, 2004 Bottled. Cloudy reddish brown, minimal head. Light strawberry aroma. Sweet and soft, huge on toffee with strawberry fudge accompanying it. Most fruit wheats are sticky sweet, this is balanced. There are some grassy hops alongside all the toffee in the finish. argo0 (6024), Washington DC, USA Jun 27, 2004 (ODBF04) Clear straw body with minimal white head. Aroma is medium sweet, slightly artificial strawberry, syrup. Taste is mild sweet, mild strawberry, not much else. Light body. Feh! kp (6000), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 07/17/2006

muzzlehatch (4424), Burlington, Vermont, USA Mar 4, 2004 Updated: May 14, 200412 oz bottle. Medium amber with a slight pinkish effect. Largish unstable head. Nice fresh strawberry-cream aroma, very real and potent. Solid flavor as well, with the strawberry sweetness dominating the front of the mouthfeel and a rather sour, bitter graininess comin in late to finish. Certainly near the top for beers with this particular fruit flavoring, quite tasty if a bit thin and dull on the finish.
