does not count highspire (4), lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 7, 2007 ok, here’s what you do. drive to a strawberry patch by the side of a busy road after it’s rain with a pint glass. find a puddle, fill it up with the rain water. now start picking things up that are around: strawberrys, tall grass or wheat that cars have driven over, a tossed twinky wrapper with some of the cream still stuck to the inside, a lucky penny and a cigarette butt (menthol). Ok, smash the strawberries and let them soak in the water for a minute. then dump everything else in and shake for another minute. remove the items. drink. won’t be too far off this one.
ratman197 (2484), Arvada, Colorado, USA Nov 19, 2008 Bottle courtesy of Zathrus13 poured a hazy pinkish amber with a lingering rin g of ivory foam. Aromas of wheat, light straw and light strawberry. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat and light strawberry with a smooth bittersweet finish. decoman (8), , Illinois, USA does not count Nov 2, 2008 I like fruit wheat beers to me the strawberry flavor was too much, very syrup like... Had it on tap and bought bottle didn’t care for either smjohnst (175), , Pennsylvania, USA Oct 27, 2008 Wasnt too impressed. Very light and sort of bland but I did like that the strawberry flavor wasn’t overwhelming KornDogg (39), Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 9, 2008 Kellogg’s Special K with strawberries cereal.... this is exactly what it tastes like... not your typical fruit beer... I can understand why some do not give it good ratings... I like it just because it’s unlike anything else i’ve had... Beerman6686 (816), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 30, 2008 Poured a blonde color with a slight pinkish hue and a white head. Aroma was wheaty, spices and some strawberry. Flavor was abundant with strawberries, but way too sweet and artificial.
