I’m surprised that this beer has gotten a lot of bad reviews. I thoroughly enjoy this beer.
The beer was on tap and the pour was light amber, with little head but a lively carbonation. The beer has a nice fruity aroma, with strawberry as the highlight. Little or no hop aroma.
The flavor is extremely balanced, with a slight sourness attributed to the strawberry, which blends nicely and is not over the top. This is a nice clean beer as you would expect from a lager, a nice clean yeast profile.
This beer is a session beer that goes down smoothly and I could easily drink several of them in one sitting.

Nov 19, 2008 Bottle courtesy of Zathrus13 poured a hazy pinkish amber with a lingering rin g of ivory foam. Aromas of wheat, light straw and light strawberry. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat and light strawberry with a smooth bittersweet finish.

Oct 9, 2008 Kellogg’s Special K with strawberries cereal.... this is exactly what it tastes like... not your typical fruit beer... I can understand why some do not give it good ratings... I like it just because it’s unlike anything else i’ve had...

Sep 30, 2008 Poured a blonde color with a slight pinkish hue and a white head. Aroma was wheaty, spices and some strawberry. Flavor was abundant with strawberries, but way too sweet and artificial.
