Deep amber clouded hue with a decent head. Light citrussy nose. Earthy, toasted malt and nutty flavour with a touch of coffee. A pleasant beer.

Bottle. Flakey murky golden, fizzy white head. Sweet pear aroma, sourish apples, yeast and little mango? Grainy, dry malty flavor with spices, menthol, little fruitiness. Some hop bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied, strong fizzy carbonation. Restrained, but alright belgian ale. That apple on the nose reminds me of home.

(0.33 l bottle at Tuulensuu, Tampere, on 2008-07-26) Orange. Cloudy. Very big white head that disappeared quickly. Yeast, hops and metal in nose. Lot of carbonation in medium-bodied palate. Furity, yeasty, sweetness and hints of raisin in taste. Little bit of grapefruit and pine. Bitterness.

Bottled, unfiltered, 330ml, aged 2.5yrs. Hazed gold with light head. Quite a spicy beer, corriander and clove with lemon peel and a touch of candy ginger. One to sip and contemplate rather than quaff, but it works reasonably well. Light malt, perhaps a bit on the soggy cereal side, then a touch of mollasses. its quite complex, just could be a little more balanced.

Hazy blond color. The aroma is mellow and strongly spicy (coriander), good. The mouthfeel is dry, a bit aggressive, with dry malt flavor, strong bitterness, some hop oils, lemon peel, dry spices and light magnesia, less interesting than the aroma. Ordinary craft French Ale.
