JonMoore (1806) - Loughborough, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 19, 2005
Bottle. Hazy/cloudy yellow colour with a medium white head. Aroma has coriander, cloves, citrus and wheat. Taste is not bad; citrusy, perfumed, wheaty. Thin mouthfeel, quite highly carbonated, with a slightly acidic finish. A reasonable wit.

(on bottle at RBESG 2005)Pale yellow, white head. very mashy aroma, strange for a wit. Big carbonation, small yeasty taste. Finish is slightly acidic. The label would be cool for a heavy metal album.

Hazy pale yellow, white head. Spicy, clove, orange and choriander nose. Sweet, herbal, banana wheat flavour. Watery mouthfeel. Belgian whites are rarely a sensation.....

A Mes rate A standard blanche. Has a bit of a washing up hint to the aroma and the flavour. Not that great but I have had worse. Nothing more to say really.

White head on a hazy yellow body. I expected much of this Breton beer, but I was a bit disappointed. Among white beers, I’ve tasted better. I can only say it’s a nice try, but could be better.

Bottled. A cloudy urine coloured beer with an initial white fluffy head. The aroma is lemony, spicy and wheaty. The taste is quite perfumed and medicinal with lemons, ornages and spices. A nice witbier.

Papsoe (25094) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 1, 2005
UPDATED: JUN 23, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Very pale with a greyish tint. Tall, fizzy, pop-like head that dies in no time. Very weak wheaty aroma - and then nothing. Sloppy. 060205
