Interesting mix of aromas. I especially like the elderflowerness about it. Beautiful color.

rauchbier (3598) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - SEP 15, 2005
Bottle conditioned, from Beer Cellar in Lincoln. Hazy lemon gold, good fluffy white lasting head and gentle condition. Nice spicy corriander and lemon nose, some gentle yeast notes and a hint of fruity tartness. Pleasant sweet spicy corriander and gentle citric notes in the mouth, gentle lingering yeast and spice in the finish.

High carby hazy lemon colour with a large white head. Light grainy aroma with a touch of lemon. Sweetish grainy start with a mild lemon spicy finish. Thin in body. A bit boring.

Bottle. Hazy/cloudy yellow colour with a medium white head. Aroma has coriander, cloves, citrus and wheat. Taste is not bad; citrusy, perfumed, wheaty. Thin mouthfeel, quite highly carbonated, with a slightly acidic finish. A reasonable wit.

JensenTaster (1719) - DENMARK - AUG 17, 2005
(on bottle at RBESG 2005)Pale yellow, white head. very mashy aroma, strange for a wit. Big carbonation, small yeasty taste. Finish is slightly acidic. The label would be cool for a heavy metal album.

Hazy pale yellow, white head. Spicy, clove, orange and choriander nose. Sweet, herbal, banana wheat flavour. Watery mouthfeel. Belgian whites are rarely a sensation.....
