Ungstrup (28448) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 7, 2004
UPDATED: DEC 2, 2010 [Bottled at Fête de la Biere 2004] An unclear yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is spicy wheaty with notes of coriander and lemon. The flavor is spicy with notes of coriander, wheat, lemon, and citrus, but the body is thin. This is a clean fine wit - but nothing special.

Bottle Conditioned at Tripot, Mont St Michael. Hazy pale yellow wheat beer. Fresh grassy aroma with a touch of lemon. Light tasting - clean and fresh with a touch of lemon and a late taste of spice. Very pleasant.

A yellow wheat beer with a great golden glow, but a plain wheat beer aroma. The flavour is light with little citrusness and bitterness. A basic wheat beer.

Resilant large creamy white head. Slightly cloudy pale golden color. Fruity aroma with flower notes. Flavour is moderately sweet with citrus taste, ending in a dry finish. Medium-light bodied.
