Bottle 330ml. clear glass.
Unclear hazy medium red amber color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, berry, elderberries i can read. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20100110]

5.5% red colour with no head, fruity aroma, fruity caramel malt taste but I would not rate this as a Fruit Beer, quite nice.

Hmm what to make of this? Reddish brown body with very quickly fading head. Some light fruity notes of red apple, caramel, iron and blackberries. Taste is a mixed bag too; luckily not very sweet but with a poor hop profile. Just not much flavour in here. Slightly tintling and surely annoying carbonation. A two headed monster, this one. Somehow I still don’t mind drinking it, without being able to qualify why. But it’s not very well brewed. (33cl bottle)

Pours hazy red with an off white head. Slightly sour acidic aroma. Flavour is pretty skunky, probably because o the clear bottle. Flavour is very like a cheap lager.

[330ml bottle, courtesy of MrB] Beautiful red pour, thin white head. Slightly tart, but highly fruity aroma – you can taste the elderberries as well (although they give a red berry flavour, I wouldn’t pick it as elderberry). Nice and fruity, refreshing aftertaste. Good palate cleanser due to the slight sharpness. Nothing wrong with this beer at all [22092011]

(33 cl bottle @ La Saline, Guerande) Pours a hazy amber, slightly reddish with little, off-white head. Aroma is floral - perhaps the elderflower? - and malty. Hard to detect any hops in it. Served in a clear bottle with BB: November 2012. Taste is medium sweet with a little acidity. Fizzy carbonation, watery texture, medium-bodied with an astringent finish. Not really my style. Girlfriend says: "It tastes less special than it smells. A bit deceiving."
