Hazy yellow with slight orange and a amazingly large and rocky white head. Lemon, apple, hay, grass and slightly spiced. Nice balanced beer with a good carbonation.

(Bottle at Tavern St Germain, Paris, 15 Oct) Pale amber colour, hazy, with huge foamy head. Fruity and spicy nose with mandarin, apricots and honey. Fruity taste with notes of apricots, peaches, bitter orange marmalade and cardamom. Fresh and spicy finish. Nice beer.
