(Bottle at Tavern St Germain, Paris, 15 Oct) Pale amber colour, hazy, with huge foamy head. Fruity and spicy nose with mandarin, apricots and honey. Fruity taste with notes of apricots, peaches, bitter orange marmalade and cardamom. Fresh and spicy finish. Nice beer.

Bottle. Huge fizzy white heat that mostly lasted. Cloudy orange color. Yeast, spice, citrus, fruit and caramel. Liquorish. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet flavor with hint of acidic and spicy bitterness. Sweet and again light spicy finish.

Bottle. Impressive head, light brown beer. Quite strong fermented fruit aroma but soon dies, the flavour is quite gentle but quite dry and fairly bitter with dark fruits. Overall a reasonable French effort at a Belgian beer.
