Poured yellw. Quickly dissipating white head. Light yeast and apple. Taste is very mild but with burning carbonation. Not a whole lot here. A woman’s beer.

"Bière bretonne biologique". Light musky nose, hint of sweetness and some citrusy hops. Hazy amber gold with thin foamy lacing off-white head. Medium-light body with medium carbonation. Mild acidity, grainy, light alcohol. Salty hops finish, off-flavor like a light beer or one with adjuncts. Pretty strong grain flavor, lactic. After has mild odd bitter trace, with notes of fuel oil.
