Dark brown. Sweet and light roasted malt bouquet. The carbonation lightens mouth feel. A touch of bitterness with a hint of fruitiness. This beer is more like a brown beer than a stout, but not bad.

Very dark brown with red reflections; fine, dense and lasting foam. Smell is first ferruginous, then malty with caramel. First sweet and light, then stronger with caramel and coffee. Quite a lot of body regarding its relatively low degree of alcohol. So, a nice dark one.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Shmupi. Dark brown with a beige head. Aroma of toast, nuts, caramel, light spiciness, a fruity note and some vegetables. Sweet flavor, caramelly, toasty, with cereals, a bit of paper, and a bitterish finish. Light to medium-bodied.

Negra opaca. Bajo amargor y final picante. Chapeaux.
