Bottle. Cloudy brown amber, quite lively. Clove nose. Medium body. Spicy dry base, some bread and roast, orangepeel finish. Not the worst Dunkelweien by far.

Hazy brown color. The flavor is also strongly peppery and clovey with some nuttiness. This is tasty but the dark malt character is very low.

It’s unclear brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of banana, caramel, clove and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of banana, caramel, yeast, light clove, and it’s a soft and OK dark weiss.

Bottle 50cl.
Unclear hazy medium brown amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, light banana. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20091003]
