canned from Landi Zollikofen - very pale golden-yellow beer with a chaotic foam left; slightly herbal with buttery notes; moderate malt body, soft palate and with a low bitterness; a light and late tartness, gently malty and poorly hoppy finish

(can, 4.5% abv) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a blond and short frothy head. Slightly grainy and doughy malty aroma with a metallic hoppy note. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a modest carbonation. Doughy malt-character with traces of grains and herbal accents; bitter and slightly sweet finish with a nasty metallic tang. 28.III.12
