(bottle - 12 oz) Light amber pour with about a half inch of white foam. Aroma is very strange and very sweet. Almost smelled spoiled but was a little too sweet. Incredible amount of sticky sweetness and citrus. Not pleasant. Flavor is actually a nice and mild malt taste mixed with some of the citrus from the aroma and a very light touch of floral hops. Finishes clean and malty with the lightest sweetness remaining. Beyond the aroma, not bad.

Bottle. Orange amber with an off white head. Light juicy citric aroma. The flavor is a bit off, with grainy malts and some off chemical flavors. Not that good.

Though there is no head, the color is a terrific dark orange. Thick and hazy look. Glows like a lava lamp. Any kind of head at all would have been just a nice bonus. The aroma gives some burnt amber malt business going on, as well as some caramel. Not really bitter, but rather slightly sweet. The caramel notes swseeten up in the nose with warmth. Hops are sweet, flowery and mild. Wow, the caramel really bursts through. The taste is bitterish amber malts, balanced by sweet caramel and a hint of butterscotch. It might be just a tad too much on the sweet side for me. It also might be just a bit old, but it’s not at all unpleasant. Very very butterscotchy. Feels smooth and buttery, but also thick and chewy. It’s a sweeter amber beer. Lots of caramel and butterscotch.

Dry crackery nose with some yeast and cobwebs. Brilliant amber in color, with little head and no bubbles. Very crackery, paper-like in its dryness. Some toffee, herbaceous hops with nice tinge of bitterness at the swallow - some limes and cactus. Lingering wrigleys flavor on the tongue. This is a nice English style ale, K!

This is brewed for Landmark by Flying Bison. More malt than a true red, it does sport an amber colour with a small amount of head. More malty aroma, it does have an easy mouthfeel to it and good drinkability. Bit better than average beer.

Pours orange with a bright white ring. Nose is lightly hopped. Taste is pretty nice, with a balance of hops and malts, not bad.
