Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium to dark yellow amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, moderate hoppy, flowers, peach notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110819]

Botella. deep golden colour. Grain malty aroma. Ok mouthhfeel. Grain sweetish mallty flavour.

Bottle. It pours a beautyful, clear golden body and a small, but dense, off-white head. Pleasant aroma with a touch of sugar, but mostly it’s hoppy. Some maltyness to off course. Smooth, medium to full-bodied and dry on the palate, a nice bitterness towards the end. Initially there’s a sweet feeling, but it’s not really sweet. Pale malts, grass and hay notes. A very good one, indeed. 110819

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, hops and notes of citrus.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours clear golden with with a creamy white head. Crisp and dry. Grassy and peachy hops. Medium bodied. Quite drinkable.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear deep golden with small white head. Flavour is malt, hops, caramel, fruit, little floral, little peach, little sweet and a little bitter.

Bottled. Deep amber coloured. Fruity aroma and flavour. Notes of butterscotch. Slightly bitter finish. Soft mouthfeel. Very well balanced. Something this nice is not exactly what you expect from Bitterfeld.

Very nice fruity aroma, notes of fresh hops, very clean. Clear amber colored body with a medium sized white head. Fruity flavor, quite smooth, ends on a light bitter note.

Malty sweet aroma. Velvety mouthfeeling. Extremely soft. Malty and sweet. Some bitterness in the end. A perfectly balanced beer.
