Very faint hop aroma along with the typical cheap pale lager aromas. Light crisp flavor, nothing special, but better than corona. Maverick34 (698), New York, USA

Watery silliness. I can think of a number of far better "good if it’s hot and you’re thirsty and watching the game you want to drink 544 beers" type of beers. Slipstream (747), USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jul 16, 2008 Clear bottle with stencilled label, a la Corona (but not as cool). Typical pour with slack aroma like a budget pilsner. The taste is also similar to a budget pilsner. Could this be a budget pilsner? Not exactly - it is named a lager, and it was not that cheap, but it tastes like a mediocre Bohemian pilsner with some sugar added. This appears to be an attempt by Anheuser Busch to grab a chunk of Corona’s market share. So how is it with a little lime? Somewhat improved - but the Mexican is still the champion of sugary, lime-friendly brews that come in stencilled bottles. I didn’t realize it was Anheuser-Busch until just now. It’s obviously set to compete with Mexican imports, and that’s exactly what it’s good for.
Far better than Corona: NO SKUNK! Goes down easy, even warm without lime. Tastes like beer, nothing more. A bit watery. If you pour it out of the bottle, you have the wrong idea. NPRugby11 (82), New York, USA

I can see why it’s become SO popular recently, it’s almost destroyed Corona around here ttinyqc (3), , Pennsylvania, USA does not count | 4.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | Jul 15, 2008 This beer has quickly become a favorite. This beer has been popping up everywhere in my local area... a hostile takeover of sorts. After seeing the constant adds and life sized cardboard cutouts plaguing every bar or beer store, I finally broke down and tried one. Disappointing in every sense, but what do you really expect. Nothing to speak of, except for a bit of skunk taste. antzman (313), Clarksville, Indiana, USA

I was sitting back at the 19th hole at the local golf course, hoping beyond hope that they might have a good beer. Alas, they did not, but I thought that this would be a good time to try this beer out. It was not a good time though. Pours a light gold with a fizzy white head. The aroma is light in the hops, with a slight citrus tinge. Very light mouthfeel. The flavor is pretty clean. I mean really clean, as in I did not taste much of this at all. A bit of citrus came through to clean everthing away.
