The malts are grainy and sweet. The hops are floral. This beer is a sweet tasting pale lager. Its tough to find anything else to say that doesn’t fit in the American mass produce micro beer description. Its thin, too sweet and over carbonated. There is a cardboardy like aftertaste as well. Well at least this bottle isn’t skunky tasting. Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is sweet. Brewed from Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville Brewing, I guess its better than a Corona, but I would rather just find that lost jigger of salt and have a Margarita.

Misty, slightly skunked aroma with firm, abundant carbonation and a grainy citrus combination. Somehow medicinal lemon cooler. Pale neon yellow body with a noisy bright white head. Dryish, grainy, slightly bready taste, dull and bland but not offensive. Watery, thin body, ever so slight chalky coating on the tongue, and mostly well-hidden alcohol. Touch of sweet corn, overall effect has just a touch of sweetness (As we’d expect by style), but not really all that cloying. Not terrible, as expected, but not unfairly maligned - this isn’t exactly beer as we know it. I don’t think I’d turn down another, if it were cold enough, and if it were free. gonzo46and2 (108), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 5/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 13, 2008 This is a macro beer. Knowing that and expecting macro taste are the keys to enjoying this beer for what it is. Refreshing and more complex than Corona without the skunkiness. Not bad if the price is right. tompete (72), Burlington, Iowa, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 12, 2008 Bottle. Pours pale yellow with a thin white head. Meh. Decent try at including a little maltiness but not real hop aroma. A slightly sweet finish - a nice change compared to other light American lagers. Tiny hop flavor - balanced with the malt. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 12, 2008 Pours a light golden yellow. Taste just like a Corona, but less skunky. A slice of lime would obviously pair well with this, but I am unfortunately out. osuguy4287 (3), Columbus, Ohio, USA does not count | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 11, 2008 Bottle. Pours golden. Would be good beer to enjoy at the beach or when boating. BrianHagmeier (257), Coralville, Iowa, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 10, 2008 Stinky like I thought it might. But, it is clean looking with a good head. Surprisingly good flavor? Heavier body than I thought it would have and a nice sweet malt and nice hint of citrous. DrPiva (90), Alabama, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 9, 2008 Bottle, yellow color, carbonated OK. I guess I might enjoy it at the beach - it is an obvious corona competitor, maybe a bit lighter. Not a beer to enjoy, one to just get drunk on .
