MrManning (1634), London, Ontario, Canada Apr 11, 2008 341 ml bottle courtesy of Immy- This might be over a year old, but that’s life. Pours pale, pale gold, with a large bubbled, short lived white froth. The nose fills with vegetables and grains, and this is overwhelmingly skunky. Muted sweet grains with corn husky, vegetal flavours. A touch of bitterness towards the finish. Prrety rough! Thanks Tim! CelticBrew (676), The Crystal Coast, North Carolina, USA Apr 11, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma of corn. Taste was very blah. Some have said that this is a Corona clone, yeah, in every aspect. The aroma and taste comes across like a lake of bum piss fused with some bar carpet. Please avoid! btree (14), New York, New York, USA Apr 10, 2008 Bongworthy. I had this in a pizza shop at the beach. It looked like it would be a step up from corona; like tommy bahama is to panama jack. Not the case. This tastes like corona with a different label. If you’re dehydrated the first sip is great. Prostman (1077), Pennsylvania, USA Apr 7, 2008 Despite all of the negative reviews...I really liked this beer when I tried it on Valentine’s Day 2008. Not bad. wxman (582), O’Fallon, Illinois, USA Apr 7, 2008 Updated: Apr 13, 2008Pours a pale straw gold with a half way decent white head for this type of lager. A pleasant sourness and corn in the aroma. This is clearly supposed to be a Corona clone, but is actually a little better. It’s crisp, clean and fairly well balanced. Taste is dominated by corn along with some hop bitterness and pale malt sweetness. Not a lot going on, but pretty decent at what it is. jbuzz (658), South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA Apr 7, 2008 A tasting at Three Cellars Milwaukee. This would not be bad on a hot day. A must try for Corona lovers. Basic and not exiting but not bad tsarman (794), Northern, New Jersey, USA Apr 6, 2008 Wasting away again in Land Shark Lagerville. Somewhat refreshing. An ok brew. Good to eat with cheap food. esjaygee (1467), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA Apr 5, 2008 Straw yellow with a thin light head. Sweet malty aroma, taste is pretty weak. Pretty watery, it’s macro swill in disguise.
