I can’t even describe how terrible this is. Not worth buying, even in a pinch. There are always better options.

12 oz bottle via Roth’s. Pours a clear gold with a large white head. Nose is grainy and corny. Taste is very bland..some corn, grains, adjuncts. Typical backyard swill. Body is light. Watery. Carbonation is high..bleeeh.

Yawn... Just another Corona ripoff (aka a bad beer)... too light, too tasteless, too Mexican. Chinga tu madre, A-Busch.

God-awful sour corn aroma and watery pale yellow color reminiscent of all lousy American macro light pilsners, this Jimmy Buffett’s sellout Corona wannabe. Jimmy...oh Jimmy. I guess you can drink this if you’re drunk enough...

12 oz. Corona Extra look-a-like bottle, freshness date on the back, sampled in a shaker glass. This was the lunchtime special at the Carlos O’Kelly’s in Burlington, Iowa, $1.00 a bottle. L: Crystal clear yellowish golden with a firm white head that has good retentive powers, a light amount of ringed lacing at the top of glass, overall, not that bad of an appearance for the style. S: Let’s see... sweet cream of corn and Corn Flakes cereal, at the edges is husky grains and white all-purpose flour. As it warms a lemony roasted corn scent comes out. If you like the smell of corn, then this is for you. F&T: It is apparent that this is brewed to mimic Corona Extra except this has more of a fizzy feel in the mouth, the overly active carbonation makes this a bit harsh to drink. The taste is relatively better than smell, but still, it is as bland and boring as you can get. Boiled sweet corn and husky barley grains are the main components, with the hop adding a little lemony flavor to corn in the middle and finishing with a delicate generic spiciness in the end. Allowing this to warm up a tad brings out an unpleasant sour corn flavor. At least the finish is pretty clean, other than a sweet neutral maltiness, nothing else, thankfully, lingers in the aftertaste. When I finally finished this I had one thought, can I have my dollar back please? I’ve seen this in various liquor stores in my area and I’ve noticed it is always priced a few cents cheaper than Corona. I think charging a import six pack price for this lager is a consumer rip-off, not recommended for anyone.

Bottle at The Fish House in Bonita Springs, FL. Poured a white, medium sized head that mostly diminished, fair amount of lacing, trasparent, carbonation observed, and a yellow hue. Nose was malt, corn and somewhat crisp. Ditto for the flavor. Smooth mouthfeel and light-medium in body. This, IMO, is not a totally bad beer as I would take this beer over any other of the AB products any day of the week. This beer was refreshing on this particularly hot, humid Florida day.

LandShark Lager is a pale straw-colored lager (maybe 3 SRM) with a fuzzy white head that leaves ample lacing on the glass. It is very clear and very, very carbonated. The aroma is of cardboard and adjuncts. There is something lemony about it. Light malt is present in the nose. It is light bodied and pretty watery. It’s a little foamy and very carbonated, but nothing really harsh about it. The finish is a little papery. Flavor? There really isn’t any. I think you’re supposed to put a lime in this. There is a touch of corn and something grainy... corn chips, maybe. This is supposed to be a Corona, but it’s more like a Bud. Use this to make a michelada. I feel like a chump, drinking this out of a pint glass.
