Not bad for AB. I’m still confused as to what an "Island Lager" is, but add a lime and this isn’t a bad beer (assuming that quality and flavor are too important). If you have cheap company and need something to get the party started, try a LandShark.

This beer has terrific pale yellow color. It pours as mostly head into the glass since its highly carbonated, just like mass produced poor quality beers. It smells like honey, oats, and sugar. It has a sweet sugary cereal grain taste too. It is however inexplicably appealing on a hot summer day or when you’re on the Florida, and perhaps even the Texas coast.

I drank this expecting a knock off Corona taste. However, I was suprised. It is about time AB put out a decent brew. Best served very cold and with lime. Very crisp, clean, and refreshing. Perfect for a hot day. Very drinkable. I reccomend giving it a try.

12 oz bottle at some BBQ place. Is this supposed to be an American verison of a Mexican Lager? That was the feeling I got here. Shoulda used a lime.

Smells like urine, but doesn’t taste like it. Don’t ask me how I know that. Doesn’t have much taste at all actually. If you don’t like beer, you’ll probably like this because it doesn’t taste like beer and it is easy to drink as well as very crisp with high carbonation. You will be able to drink it very quickly and get very drunk, so be careful.

This is a classic cervaza. Everyone says we should look forward to it being next to corona soon. The fact is Id rather have Corona. Plus its overpriced.
