Bottle Pours a clear yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma of corn. Taste was very blah. A typical american lager. It was a direct competition of Corona. Served with lime and all. It was okay at the beach on vacation but probally wouldn’t waste time having another

Bottle. Faint hoppy aroma. Light golden body, large fluffy white head. Flavor has a mildly sweet first impression, a malty finish, and very little in between.

It poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma was of malt and some corn lemon. The taste was definitely more malt, lemon and hay.

8/4/08: Bottle. Light straw colored body with weak corn and grain flavors. The best thing this beer had going for it is that I enjoyed it while listing to Radiohead play at Blossom - quite a show!

I’d like to find the marketing executive who pitched this shit and punch him in the face. Lets see "Why don’t we make some half assed macro swill, slap a few references to a shitty but for some reason beloved singer on it, and charge micro prices for it." Smells and tastes eerily similar to Bud. If I wanted to taste crap like this I would just buy a sixer of Bud for $5 instead of $10 for this.

4.03.08 So is this the Margaritaville version of Corona? Drinkable, in that "I can’t taste this" way. Super pale and in a clear bottle means probably not so good.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 ultraspank (867) - Dublin, Ohio, USA - APR 3, 2008
Allison was nice enough to let me sample one of hers. Faint nose of grain, fresh but mild and light, thinking summertime. Pours a light sparkling straw. The mostly lasting white creamy and fluffy head leaves a wispy sheet of lace. The mild front is wheatish, the middle has a moderate to full acidity, the almost non-existant finish is very brief.
The light watery body is lively and crisp.

Pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of pale malts. Flavor of light malts and yeast. Very light.

12 ounce bottle purchased at local supermarket for $1.00 Nothing special here.

Not bad in that there is a slight citrus note in the nose and the mouth that is pleasent and that it wasn’t a skunky mess as a general rule. Other than this, not something I would curl up around a roaring fire or enjoy a late summers sunset with.
