Poured a white, medium sized head that mostly diminished, fair amount of lacing, trasparent, carbonation observed, and a yellow hue. Nose was malt, corn and somewhat crisp. Ditto for the flavor. Smooth mouthfeel and light-medium in body. This, IMO, is not a totally bad beer as I would take this beer over any other of the AB products any day of the week. This beer was refreshing on this particularly hot, humid Florida day. TheBeerGod (3177), Newport News, Virginia, USA

Clear bottle and the label stated it was made in Florida by Margaritaville Brewing. I had never heard of that brewer so thought this was a contract brew but didn’t know through whom. Seeing this is A-B would explain the beer.... Yellow-gold bodied. Small white fizzy head. Smells akin to a Corona. Not as much cereal though. Corn notes, soft hay or grass. Bit of lemon notes. Taste is on par with Corona (which is how the waitress described it). Corn syrup and seltzer water with soft malts and grass/hay. Body is light and bubbly. Went down well on a hot night though. Finishes with more corn, soft cereal, grass/hay and seltzer water. Blech! PorterPounder (3148), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

One of the places picked to showcase Jimmy Buffett’s new beer since he has replaced Corona. Corona clone obviously - light golden pour, soapy white head. Neutral aroma, perhaps a hint of metal and fresh lake water. Typical light lager flavor with hints of stray metal and yesterday’s fruit. Odd twang in the finish - bit metallic and chemically. Mouthfeel - thirst quenching - does what it is meant to do - can’t fault it for that - will probably become one of the nation’s best selling beers. Ahhhh, I should have taken more marketing classes in college - obviosly where the money is! daknole (3032), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA

| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Sep 17, 2007 Bottle. Sour corn malt aroma. Pale yellow color with small head. Light sour corn malt flavor. An obvious attempt to squeeze into the Corona market - just slightly better. Jimmy biting the hand that fed him. SledgeJr (3015), Omaha, Nebraska, USA

Slight cooked vegetable aroma. Flavor is barely present, but manages to muster up a suggestion of cooked turnips and rice. Wow! but isn’t that name really cool? I wish I were cool like the people who drink this. BMan1113VR (2981), Los Angeles (and Dallas), Texas, USA
