sliffy (1913), Columbus, Ohio, USA May 7, 2008 Bottle: Pours a clear gold, white head. Skunky, skunky skunky.... Thank god I found a single for sale.
vikingguy (32), Chaska, Minnesota, USA May 21, 2008 Pretty average lager. Much like a Corona. Great if it’s ice-cold on hot summer days or at the beach. BrewDad (1451), Olympia, Washington, USA May 20, 2008 12oz Bottle - Marco Island, Fl
Aroma – Very light overall beer aroma.
Appearance – Light golden color, clear as clear can get and very nice head.
Flavor – A light beer with very little flavor perfect for the event. (HOT Night outside)
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, good texture with a dry finish.
Overall – A perfect hot night beer. This was a good beer for quenching the thirst. Just a good plain beer for the masses.
HighlanderOne (433), Somewherein, New Jersey, USA May 18, 2008 Poured from bottle 5/2008. Smell of gas and a bit of malt. Yellow gold color, just a bit of head remains, but no lacing. Corn, grass and malt in flavor, bubbly, somewhat oily feel . Not as astringent as Corona at least. Burnt corn lingers in aftertaste. Drinkable, but I’d much rather have a good IPA at the beach that this style. ditmier (100), Boise, Idaho, USA May 17, 2008 2008 Bottle - Aroma of grass and funk, mild carbonation and bitterness, taste - slightly sweet, makes me yearn for Natty light...it’s that good... jgentgesdo (519), Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA May 17, 2008 Pours clear yellow with fizzy white head that quickly diminishes. Slight sweet corn aroma. Flavor of corn, quite sweet, clean finish. Not much to say here really. Reminds me of Corona.
