| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | Nov 28, 2009 Landshark Lager: Brewed with the crystal clear waters of the St. Johns River. This is one of my favorite all time beer quotes. Well, this gets mega point deductions for being brewed by a fake entity, Margaritaville Brewing Co. Also, why would it makes sense for a company called Margaritaville to make beer? I’m ragging on Landshark because of these things on top of the fact that it overall just sucks. There is really nothing about this whatsoever that is redeeming. In fact, it could really just be Bud Light in a different bottle and marked up in price but a dollar or so for all I care. | 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Nov 15, 2009 [Tap] Pours a pale yellow color with fizzy carbonation. Aroma of grains and corn. There is very little flavor to this beer besides some grain and sweet light malts. Light body. An obvious ploy to boost the lime industry. Elwood (677), Leesburg, Virginia, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Nov 7, 2009 Serving: 12 oz. bottle.
Appearance: Pale gold color with a frothy, white head.
Aroma: Grainy with a bit of hops apparent in the nose. Some cereal notes.
Flavor: Grain, some corn notes, some malt sweetness, and a solid back bitterness.
Palate: Medium-high, prickly carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel, and a medium-short, bitter finish.
Overall: Somewhere between a Bud heavy and a Bud Light in body with a flavor profile similar to a Corona. Standard macro swill. fromred2green (153), , Ohio, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Nov 3, 2009 Bottle. Pours a bright yellow with a medium white head. Typical American macro lager aroma and taste. Quite refreshing, and quite carbonated. Better than most macro lagers, but that’s about it.
