500ml bottle. Clear golden colour wih small to average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Grainy and strawy aroma, minimally bitter hoppy overtones. Taste is initially strawy and minimally soapy bitter hoppy, later clear, fresh, with a citrus dash; light body, thin though not watery.

Aroma is quite malty and fruity for a light coloured beer like this. Appearance is golden clear colour with fine white head. Taste is a nice light fruity and floral flavour, not really any cardboard or metal taste like others. Palate is a nice, pleasant fruity-bitter bite all round the mouth. Overall - a pretty nice little local beer.

Erfrischendes Helles mit leichter Hopfennote und malzigem Körper. Schaut gut aus und läßt sich schnörkellos gut bechern. Fazit: Gelungen!

clear gold with a thick and finely-bubbled white head. medium-light body with a quick finish; oily approach with your basic moderately-sweet honey / cracker pale malt with light huskiness / graininess; low German hop bitterness; fizzy carbonation. lingering scorched corn kernel finish.

Bland and uninteresting. Not much in the aroma or flavor departments. An average helles at best.

Beautiful in the glass. Clear golden with a nice head which shrinks but hangs in there. Faint hop aroma. Flavor is great textbook helles. This could easily be chugged out of litre mugs all afternoon. This is an excellent beer in its category.

At hutt’n in Nuremberg, bottled. A good example of a helles with a clear golden and steady head, aroma combining nutty caramel and barny hay, pleasantly flat texture and a reassuring grassy finish with modest bitterness. Never going to set the world alight but i can see why they would have a beer like this at the fabulous hutt’n

It’s golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma has notes of malt, stray and light cellulose. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of straw, malt and light fruit, the finish is dry.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein glasklares, goldgelbes Bier, dessen Krone sehr schnell komplett verfliegt. Der Geruchstest fällt malzig-säuerlich aus. Das Helle startet malzig-getreidig, leicht süßlich. Der Abgang zeigt sich ebenfalls malzig-säuerlich, mit minimal süßlichen Nuancen im Hintergrund. Die Mitte wird deutlich hopfiger, eine leichte Herbe macht sich breit. Das Finish endet dann wesentlich süßer, wieder mehr malzbetont.
