duff (5404), Sydney, Australia, Surrey, England Apr 1, 2008 Bottle@Lucky Pierre’s pre tasting tasting. This was pretty bland and showed a lot of raw alcohol in the aroma and the flavour. Sweet pale malt notes and rubery/metallic alcohol.
thebeertourist (1786), Oslo, Norway Aug 18, 2008 Bottle at In de Wildeman. Clear amber colour with a medium offwhite head. Nutty and raisins aroma. Quite nice and balanced nutty fruit flavours with raisins. Full-bodied, but not sirupy. Very good, but still down-to-earth.
