Standard lager colored, little white head. Hopped and grassy aroma, nice lemony fruity touch here, definite pils note. Medium bodied, carbonated palate. Flavor is also pilsnery with some sweet caramelly note, crispy grass and lemon here as well. Refreshing brew.

Flavour is grainy malt and grassy hops. Soft carbonation. Mild alcohol and grassy hops in aftertaste. Mild bitterness. Not that much erotic in this one. Well for me it was served topless...

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
50cl bottle from Liebick Getränke in Germering. Pours a crystal clear, pale yellow colored body with an inch thick, foamy and frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is somewhat sweet and bready pils malts with touches of straw and some green apple acetaldehyde. Flavor is similar. On the sweeter side with some bread, a very light grass, some fruits, and acetaldehyde. Finishes fairly clean and somewhat dry with a very light bitterness. Short aftertaste following a light body and a moderately lively carbonation. Overall, obviously the label was the selling point, but as for the beer, it was just okay. Clean enough to keep it easy drinking, but on the sweeter side for a Helles. Not terrible though.
