Sep 6, 2006 Draught (GBBF 2006): Brown colour with a short tan head. Nice nutty caramel. Quite sweet with brown sugar flavours. I don’t really get any weizen notes? Still a nice beer.

Aug 7, 2006 Draught at GBBF 2006. Deep brown with reddish tints. Lasting beige head. Aroma of dunkel. Bit of caramel. Bit of dark malt. Better in mouth. Spritzey carbonation, bit of powder. Finish has a bit of charcoal.

Aug 6, 2006 Updated: Apr 6, 2007A Mes Rate (Draught at GBBF): Aroma is particularly dunkell. Smells like grapes and wine and chocolate. Smells remotely smokey. Appearance is muddy brown. no head. Flavour is like the nose, but with hints of wood. Palate is typically dunkel but quite spritzy. Dark chocolate finish.
