Yawn..... MoritzF (5122), Bochum, Germany
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 10, 2007 (bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown coloured with a slightly off-white foamy head of medium size. Light-sweet, toast-malty nose with cacao, toffee and a good dose of herbal hops. Mild bitter flavour with a moderate sweet edge, light to medium bodied, soft on carbon. Toast-malty taste with light notes of caramel and a herbal blend; moderately dry, bitter-sweet finish. A bit slim towards the finish but well-rounded and quite likeable. A good session Dunkel.
