Cask, Regular;
An auburn beer with rich complex flavours and a deep red glow. The sweet maltiness is balanced with spicy hop aromas and a dry finish. Definitely a pint to savour.

Reddish brown, clear ale with a sweet aroma. It has an acute strong taste that lingers. Although there’s some in the nose there’s no real fruits in its flavour. No head.

Auburn color. Very definative malty nose. Tons of wood, very malty palate. Not so complex. Hints of chocolate. Also cloying, but fairly dry.

Cask gravity at SIBA BF, Paddock Wood. Very clear orange red. Raw alcohol on aroma. OK in mouth, doesn’t do much, some malty fruit. Some fullness. Gets better as it went down, some decent fruit flavour.

A Mes rate: cask at the Hop Farm festival.
Awesome bright amber / copper with no head. A little raw a typical of English brewers making something a little stronger than the usual 4.5% bitter. Slight nail polish and caramel are not the best flavours I have experienced. The sweet fruity malt is nice enough as is the spicy and herbal finish.
