330ml can. When I first drove to Finland aged 22, I bought a crate of this stuff and although it was a touch sweet and unoriginal, it still tasted amazing to my young tastebuds, just because it was Finnish. Nowadays, it still tastes pretty boring but will always remind of those days.

Colore dorato limpido, schiuma bianca sottile di media persistenza. Aroma di malto e cereali. Deludente al palato, poco amaro, dolce di malto. Una mediocre lager.

Moderate hop bitterness, but otherwise no one will remember this lager. Good beverage and thirst-quencher.

Thank god that Finland does not have monopoly on brewing beer! A taste that only a mother could love!

330ml tin from Kos Town. So, Lapland is now in Denmark? Nobody told me. Tight foamed burnt gold wafting faintly with galangal-like lemon, crackers, wax crayons and vomit. And fingertips that have recently inflated balloons. That could just be my fingertips. Flavour contains allusions of toasted almond, buttered Madeira cake, more vomit. Effective as an antidote to Fix Royale but otherwise pretty drab creamy macro lager gubbins.

(Sold as as Lapin Kulta Export, with Norwegian and Estonian deposit markings, in Tallinn) Very clean/crisp and inoffensive PL--for the style it manages to do the job rather well, though there’s nothing of real interest here of course. Wondering if there’s any difference between it and the domestic Luomu 4.5...
