3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 oh6gdx (16098) - Vasa, - NOV 15, 2005
Bottled. Dark copperish/amber colour, with mediumsized foamy beigeish brown head. Aroma of caramel, rye, chocolate and alcohol. At first not much flavour, but then a huge peak of sweet caramellish malt with some hints of chocolate, and hops in finish. Ok brew, though I think I would choose the III version if I bought more of this.
3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 bierkoning (8109) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - AUG 27, 2007
Bottle from Tbone_. Brown color, cloudy. Chocolate and raisin in the strong aroma. Porto flavor. Sweet, sugary, yet thin. Seens a bit oxidated, but tastes good enough. Cinnamon. Loads of flavor in the beer, that somehow tastes rough, sugary and cheap. But the aroma is nice.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 raymondwave (931) - FINLAND - FEB 12, 2007
Dark, caramel, burnt and tasty. For some reason I ended up getting quite a few of these free last year, and really enjoyed them. Not your basic dunkel. but rather had some bitterish tones. Last christmas they changed it to winter beer, which I’m yet to taste.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Dorqui (1552) - Brescia, ITALY - JUN 12, 2006
Bottled.
Dark brown color, limpid and rather dense with a light fizz. Abundant and foamy head, good adhesion and duration. Enough anonymous scent with light notes of toasts wood and malt; light alcoholic and resin rumors. Firm taste, little lively, with bitterish and little alcoholic aromas with a pleasant note of roast caramel. Bitter end, little balanced and without great characteristics.
Thanks to mabjork fot this beer.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 mrdasilva (120) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 22, 2005
Nice off-white head, red color with notes of brown. Sweet, bread-like aroma with some nasty corniness. The flavor is quite full with some lovely maltiness and a tight ending. I also noticed some alcohol. The palate is a bit over-carbonated but overall this is a pretty balanced packet.
