2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
330 ml bottle at Vantaa Airport, FInland. Pours light brown with almost no head. Aroma is quite modest but has some lightly roasted malts and a bit of honey sweetness to it. Taste is quite crisp and feels light for a Christmas beer. Some malty roast notes and maybe even a bit of hop bitterness, leaving way for a longer bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel is quite light again, pretty watery - but is somewhat aromatic which is maybe the best part about this beer. Overall his beer is not unpleasant - but there is also little I like about it.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JAN 6, 2014 No expectations - or very low expectations. However such a nice surprise. Very rich taste. Taste of handbrewed quality beers. Fruity - lot of tastes. Good palate. Like a quality dobbelbock Where low alcohol amount doesn’t matter at all. Best supermarket beer I ever had, definitely. Biological product gets Always 0,5 higher than bon-organic One.

Drank from a bottle at home. This seasonal beer is better what you normally get from this maker. The taste is slightly sweet and malty.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle, purchased at Kilpishalli Finland.
Persistent apricot-vanilla-white head on red-brown body.
Spices and roasted malts to the nose, hints of caramellic pine needles.
Tastes roasted malts, roasted licorice, grains, finnish sour bread, burnt raisins and grilled prunes. Some bitterness to palate, alright balanced. Ends smoothly with dark syrup, roasted caramel, malts. Overall it should go well along with X-mas dinners.
My beautiful ukrainian wife said it was alright.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
350ml bottle, clear dark amber colour, frothy large mostly lasting off-white head, decent lacing. Moderately malty roasted aroma with hints of caramel and bread, light to moderate herbal hops. Taste is initially lightly sweet and acidic, leading to a lightly bitter and somewhat burnt aftertaste with an astringent feel. Medium body, dry texture, avereage carbonation. Passable amber lager, could even be considered good for something from one of the three major breweries in Finland.

Dark amber color. Beige head, that leaves some lacing. Aroma is sweetish and malty, but has some metallic notes too. The taste is sweetish with some roasted maltiness and even some caramel notes.
