0,5l bottle. Pours hazy light brown with medium head and some lacing. Aroma is mainly malts and some fruity undertones. I couldnt find the milfoil herb in this. Little bit dissapointing. Could be much more than this with slight improvements. (I believe they didn’t have balls to go for it) Little watery palate.

Pours golden color with a small head. Aroma of yeast, grain, some hay and pale malts, faint herbal notes also . Flavor of grain, pale malts, herbs, hay and mild yeast.

Bottle. Hazy reddish light brown color with a thin head. Earthy aroma of malt and some yeast, notes of sweet coffee. Medium sweet, earthy taste of malt. Smooth feel. A bit muddy finish.

Light aroma has hay and some fruits underneath. Hazy orange. Creamy head medium long. Taste has vegetable, dry hay, just bit of fruits underneath. Not much to celebrate here. Finish is dry and bit bitter. Bit dry and thin palate. Overall quite boring.

Aroma has some grainy malt and hints of herbs. Flavour is rather straightforward with grainy malt and some herbs. How did they manage to make an ale so close to a lager? The mild herb notes here must be the milfoil ( = siankärsämö) promised in the description.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, nuts, fruits and hops.

Bottle. Pours copper with a tight, large, beige head. Looks really good. Aroma is somewhat malty, grainy, some vegetable in there. Taste is much of the same, rather bland. Palate is good, properly carbonated but not too much, not watery. Disappointing. Wouldn’t want to drink this again.

5 Pleasantly grainy aroma, light grains, pretty bready.
3 Cloudy copper, good tight creamy rocky head.
5- Slightly soapy, a bit metallic too, barky bitterness. Packed full of grungy grains, certainly a bit too eco for me. Some herbal aspects, of the savoury variety.
2+ Full palate for a lager, that’s the unfiltered aspect, I’m sure. It’s not that it’s bad, I just don’t particularly like it. Bitterness hangs around, grunge in tow.
9 A bit unsophisticated. Shame - it looked like it deserved more points.
