Une belle robe, une bonne odeur et une bière légère. Les aromes et epices sont bien dosés. Petit arrière goût fruité comme de la pêche ou de l’abricot, très subtil.

bottle from E.Leclerc in Beaune. Hazy amber-orange with an off-white head. Malty, slightly grainy with honey and apricot. Smooth and velvety. Another delicious beer from this brewery.

Corked 75cl bottle from supermarket in Lyon (France). Pours in light brown / amber colour with a fog or haziness in the glass. Quite a good head of light foam that stands well while drinking. Aroma a bit spicy, feels a bit of bitterness like orange skin rather than hoppy.. Fine bubbles and light fizziness on the tongue while drinking. Medium body, and quite creamy on the palate. Taste stands well, a bit bitter in the end. Would be good with light stew.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a lightly unclear, amber colored body under a two-finger off-white head. The aroma has a faint sourish hint, with caramel malts, some dried fruits and cellar and a faint flowery touch. It’s mostly on the malty side in the flavor, caramel, some dark dried fruits and dark sugar, a touch of flowers and bitterness. Some sweetness. Medium to full body with a soft carbonation. Lasting finish that continues the initial flavor. Quite pleasant this one, works well with some food. 140802

On draft from a bar in Aix. Bready, malty, quite sweet with hints of citrus, apple and alcohol. Decent enough beer.

Fles gedronken tijdens zomervakantie in Frankrijk, amberkleurig met een nette crème schuimkraag. Geur is gist en sinaasappel. Smaak is zoetzuur in de afdronk een gistbittertje blijft mooi staan.

Bottle shared by Buddy. Aroma of bread crust, grains, and Apple peel. Pours golden with a big fizzy head. Taste is bread roll, golden grains, and light grass and citrus. Very pleasant all day kind of beer.
