Comments: Excellently served, a biscuity, almost malty sidra with cerealic undertones on top of its very juicy apples and honeyed like complexity. Brilliant.

bottle in nava. intensely musty nose with vibrant apples and tingling esters and acids. fresh, just over-ripe apple character that’s just a bit neutralized by the yeast. dry, acidic, bitter, delicious.
