fiulijn (10421) - Como, - MAY 13, 2010
Draught at Italian Beer Festival 2010
Cloudy blond color. Herbal aroma, rosemary and heather, light smoked sausage. Ordinary Ale, with malt flavor, light residual sweetness and quite bold bitterness.
The delicate smoke touch is pleasant, the herbal touch should be avoided.
Somehow it manages to be pleasant.

Tap. Smokey aromas and nearing bacon to me in some ways. Woody, and has some nice layers other than the smoke. Thinner, and lighter body deceives the heaftier flavor. Bit of an oily body. Interesting.

Profuma di alloro, inserito secondo tradizione del comasco (perchè rendeva le caldarroste più digeribili). Molto particolare, il retrogusto di castagne arriva nel finale e rimane sul palato. Buona
