Sample at the Badge-Whore Bowl (OSU vs AL) tasting on 01/01/2015. This beer pours a hazy yellow color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of herbal hops, biscuit malt and fruit. Light-bodied with a grassy hops character and notes of biscuit malt and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with an herbal hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Keg at FOB, Rimini. It pours a hazy straw color with a medium white head. Aroma is grainy and lightly grassy and sweet fruity. Taste is medium bitter and grainy, with notes of hay, biscuit, bread and grass. Light bodied with good carbonation. Overall, ok pils

Pils perfetta. Aromi mielosi di malto e luppolo in grande evidenza. Amaro persistente e rotondo. Davvero una grande birra

On tap at È clay -Alassio - italy .. In my opinion 1 of the most underated beer I’ve ever had .. This is a true gem of the Italian brew movement .. It could keep up with most of the famous German pils !! For sure in the top 3 pils in Italy ..

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza.

At a tasting, medium bubbly stable head, hazy lemon yellow colour, herbal, fruity, yeasty aroma with a hint of honey, fruity honey flavour, medium bitterness, and a suprising piercing sourness. Refreshing and quite nice.
