Pils perfetta. Aromi mielosi di malto e luppolo in grande evidenza. Amaro persistente e rotondo. Davvero una grande birra

On tap at È clay -Alassio - italy .. In my opinion 1 of the most underated beer I’ve ever had .. This is a true gem of the Italian brew movement .. It could keep up with most of the famous German pils !! For sure in the top 3 pils in Italy ..

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza.

At a tasting, medium bubbly stable head, hazy lemon yellow colour, herbal, fruity, yeasty aroma with a hint of honey, fruity honey flavour, medium bitterness, and a suprising piercing sourness. Refreshing and quite nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks tomer. Cloudy pale yellow with a big white head. Aroma has ab it of graininess, yeast and grassy and citric hops. Flavor is kinda yeasty, rather dry, with light sweetness, light tartness, some graininess and pleasant grassy and lemony hoppy bitterness. Rather light-bodied. Refreshing.

330 ml bottle from BG Birra, served in a goblet glass. Very pale yellow, quite cleat, with an average, bubbly bright with head. Sweet and grassy aroma, notes of pale malts, herbal hops, cereals and hay. Quite sweet upfront, before a pleasent but mild hoppy bitterness, again grassy and slightly fruity. Clean and crisp, persistent almost citric aftertaste, good dry finish. Average carbonation, light body, creamy texture. Very simple but extremely well crafted. Two thumbs up!
