Si presenta piuttosto scura e opaca, senza zone di discontinuita’ nel colore. Ha l’aria frizzante e ricca di bollicine. La schiuma e’ poca e poco persistente,
Profumo molto intenso e pungente. sa di agrumi e di spezie, coriandolo forse.
Altrettanto pronunciato il sapore, in accordo col profumo a cui aggiunge una punta di piccante e una marcata luppolatura.
Bollicine quasi assenti in realta’.
Fresca e dissetante.

flavor is very hoppy, citrussy, bitter. Very good flavor.

Cloudy amber with a medium beige head. Malty nose with toasted malt, caramel and hops. Flavor had a fair amount of hops, pine and grapefruits. Finished dry and bitter.

Bottled. A slightly hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of grapefruit, malt, caramel, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of phenols, malt, caramel, and fruits, leading to a dry phenolic finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a deep golden with a slight haze and an off-white head. Great aroma of nuts and caramel. Medium body, dominated by a dry nottiness and some caramel and roast. Fairly dry and even hoppy finish. Not entirely British in style, but very well made. 100910

Amber with a small off-white head. Malt and biscuit aroma with a hint of fruit. Dryish malty flavour with fruity notes, and some citrus hops. To me it felt like something between a biter and an American pale ale. Nice

Brown ale, moderate carbonation.
Full malty flavour, lovely English style hoppiness. Lingering refreshment, long lasting herbal tail. Super session beer, just what I needed for my hotel rooftop terrace.
