Bottle 750ml.

ABV: 7.5%. Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, orange, spicy, cinnamon, light to moderate dried fruit - figs. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. IMO to spicy and much cinnamon. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111125]

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours an almost clear amber with a creamy off-white head. Heavy sweet cinnamon aroma. Solid body, sweet fruit and cinnamon with a surprisingly bitter finish. This could’ve been a Danish x-mas beer! 251111

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear amber with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, fruit and spices. Flavour is malt, hops, caramel, fruit, cinnamon, orange peel and bitter.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear one, dark golden to amber in color and with a minimal sized off-white head. Dried fruits and a touch of sourness in the aroma, as well as orange and a load of cinnamon. Medium to full body, dry and quite effervescent. The flavor too has a solid dose of orange peel and cinnamon. Dried fruits too. Pleasant bitterness in the end. A rather strange one, I’m not too fond of the choice of spices. 111125

Bottle @ Ulfborg Winter Tasting Part ? (The Late) , 2011. Pours cloudy ruby amber with a creamy white head. Extremely sweet and one dimensional spicy. Hints of dark fruit and sugar. Spicy alcoholic finish!
